Summerlin, the most popular Master Planned Communities in the nation, is adding new custom homes and homesites to its new development. The Ridges in Summerlin is Summerlin’s luxury village, located in the far west corridor of Summerlin, and surrounds Jack Nicklaus’ Bear’s Best Golf Course in Las Vegas. Azure, the seventh custom home neighborhood, just released its first custom homesites last month. Homesites from one-quarter to more than one acre, range from the mid $400,000’s to more than $1 million. Club Ridges, the private sports and recreation facility, is scheduled to open late spring of this year. It is exclusively for residents of The Ridges of Summerlin. Two non-custom neighborhoods, Fairway Hills by Toll Brothers, and Boulder Ridge by Christopher Homes have been announced for Summerlin’s The Ridges. These luxury homes range from 2,000 to 6,000 square feet on generous homesites ranging between one-quarter and one-half acre. Adjacent to The Ridges will be single-story condominiums from 1,200 to 2,750 squre feet. This will be Summerlin’s first age-qualified condominium development, priced from the $300,000’s to $700,000. For more information, contact Las Vegas Properties at 1-888-876-8383.
