The Ridges in Summerlin has announced new custom home developments, surrounding Bear’s Best Las Vegas Golf Course.  Azure, the 7th custom home neighborhood, just released its first custom homesites.  Sizes for these sites range from 1/4 acre to more than a full acre, with pricing from the mid $400,000’s to more than $1 million.  Club Ridges, the private sports and recreation facility, is for the exclusive use of residents of The Ridges.  It offers a workout facility, aerobic room, 5 tennis courts, members’ lounge and two luxury pools.  Among the semi-custom neighborhoods are Fairway Hills, by Toll Brothers and Boulder Ridge by Christopher Homes.  Montechiaro by Westmark Homes, will offer single-level condominiums from 1,200 to 2,750 square feet in low-rise luxury buildings.  This will be Summerlin’s first age-qualified attached housing development.  Priced from $300,000 to $700,000, this condominium development will break ground soon for occupancy in 2008.  For more information about these communities, call Las Vegas Properties.
